FVA Construction started in 2006 as a father and son business. Since then we have grown in experiance and capacity to the level that we have extended our fields of service. Father and son joint forces in 2006 to establish FvA Construction, mainly at that time to do upgrades, renovations and alterations to 3 and 4 star lodges. With a lifelong history of buying houses in holiday towns such as Jeffery’s Bay, Humansdorp and surrounding Bay towns, renovating, modernizing and reselling them, Frans have had his share of building experience in alterations and renovations. Success come from the old farmers tradition of being there and see that the job get done the first time. 36 Years of farming experience in the Karoo have formed this outlook on this young partnership that have never stopped growing.
Pieter did his share forming this business by complying with Building Standards in South Africa, passing the NHBRC tests. Registering the company in 2007, never stopped widening the horizon for this company into the building sector. Working mainly with Farmers, Lodge Owners, Top Management and Sole Owners, we learned that it is always best to be honest and strait forward.
FVA Construction qualifies as an Exempt Micro Enterprises (EME) with a automatic BBBEE recogniton, level 4 and 100% of what your company spend with us can be counted as BEE spent. We get an annual Tax clearance certificate and references on work and our credit record is available on request.
